- Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle for performance-based monetization solutions, from ideation to launch.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, strategy, and operations teams to prioritize the backlog and deliver impactful features
- Partner with client services, media operations, and product marketing to ensure smooth product rollout and successful adoption
- Conduct customer and internal stakeholder interviews to validate product direction and gather feedback
- Leverage deep understanding of ads performance marketing to design features that maximize campaign outcomes.
- Analyze platform and user data to identify trends, inform roadmap priorities, and measure feature performance
- Identify and validate new monetization levers and translate client and market needs into clear product requirements and actionable enhancements
- Stay current on AdTech and CTV trends to proactively identify opportunities for innovation and growth
- Drive product success through direct client engagement, including occasional international travel
Our Ideal Candidate
- 7+ years of product management experience in an AdTech environment
- Deep understanding of advertising workflows and data dependencies.
- Strong expertise in performance marketing (DSPs, measurement, attribution, audience targeting, optimization).
- Able to formulate and clearly communicate a technical vision and product strategy
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Confident working cross-functionally with strong executive presence and communication skills
- Customer-centric, with a keen ability to understand and translate client needs into product solutions
- Skilled at presenting complex topics to both technical and non-technical audiences, across varying group sizes
- Has a strong ability to visualize data in a way that is intuitive and meaningful for non-technical users
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with identity graphs, clean rooms, or privacy-compliant targeting solutions.
- Prior background in media planning, growth marketing, or customer acquisition strategy.
