The Role: Sales Recruiter Extraordinaire


In this role, you’ll be the go-to expert for identifying, attracting, and hiring top-tier sales talent for our content centers nationwide. From sourcing rockstars on LinkedIn to partnering with leadership on hiring strategy, you’ll play a critical role in building the teams that drive Sinclair’s growth.

What You’ll Do:



  • Partner with hiring managers at each of your assigned locations to understand their goals and craft strategic recruitment plans.

  • Use digital tools and platforms to find, engage, and recruit high-performing sales professionals.

  • Conduct phone interviews and coordinate assessments to ensure a great match and stay closely connected with Sales Leadership through the interview process.

  • Deliver a top-notch candidate experience from first contact through onboarding.

  • Build strong relationships with candidates to provide an exceptional experience throughout the recruitment process.

  • Build and maintain strong pipelines of sales talent for current and future openings.

  • Stay on top of trends and bring innovative ideas to boost recruitment outcomes.



 

What You’ll Bring:



  • 3+ years of experience recruiting for sales roles—media or digital background is a big plus.

  • A proven track record of success in sourcing and hiring top-tier sales talent.

  • Mastery of tools like LinkedIn, job boards, and applicant tracking systems.

  • Stellar communication skills and a highly collaborative spirit.

  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and excited to win—every day.

The base salary compensation range for this role is $75,000 to $85,000 and bonus. Final compensation for this role will be determined by various factors such as a candidate’s relevant work experience, skills, certifications, and  geographic location. Full time positions are eligible for benefits that include participation in a retirement plan, quarterly and annual incentive plan bonuses, life and disability insurance, health, dental and vision plans, flexible spending accounts, 15 paid vacation days, 2 paid personal days, 9 paid holidays, 40 hours of paid sick leave, parental leave, and employee stock purchase plan.
