PROJECT MANAGER - 14435
Wilkes-Barre, PAAre you a motivated and detail-oriented individual with a passion for organization? Join our team as an entry-level ACCET Project Manager. You will be an integral part of our project management team, working within our collaborative work management system to help move projects from request to completion. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in project management and develop your skills in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
What you will do:
- Review requests and convert to campaigns: You will be on the front lines of our project pipeline, reviewing requests, determining needs/issues, and converting requests to campaigns.
- Help manage projects covering multiple locations and platforms: You will work on projects spanning multiple markets and various platforms.
- Communicate with project requestors and leadership: You will regularly communicate with sales and marketing teams to gather the necessary information to deliver projects to our content creation teams.
- Support & Innovate: Look for opportunities to maximize efficiency to help support increased project output.
- Learn new skills: You will develop project management skills and have the opportunity to learn basic field production skills by supporting our production team during live, local sports events.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and review requests in our collaborative project management (Workfront) system
- Ensure all information and media required by ACCET Managers and Content Creators is entered correctly, and assets are available.
- Communicate with requestors as needed to gather information to keep projects moving forward.
- Update the leadership team on the status of all current projects in the system.
- Communicate regularly with ACCET managers and flag any issues with current projects.
- Monitor approval process, ensure all required stakeholders provide sign-off.
- Assist with training and help users resolve issues within the collaborative work management system.
- Support the production team during live productions as needed.
