The Drive Auto team is seeking an entry-level Software Support Specialist to focus on tech support and product configuration. In this role, you will assist in setting up software solutions and provide technical assistance to internal teams and clients. The ideal candidate is tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about automotive technology and want to grow within a rapidly evolving industry.
Qualifications:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong technical and computer troubleshooting skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
- Eagerness to learn and adapt quickly to new technologies
- One to two years of experience in software support, technology, or related fields
- Ability to work onsite at the Lafayette, LA office
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for software systems, ensuring smooth operations for internal teams and clients.
- Assist in the configuration and customization of Customer Experience Management (CXM) systems to improve client engagement and satisfaction.
- Help configure and maintain system integrations, ensuring accurate data flow and effective communication between platforms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and deliver optimal solutions.
- Support ongoing system updates, testing, and optimizations to ensure the performance and reliability of all tech systems.
- Assist in creating and maintaining documentation to support system configurations and troubleshooting guides.
- Grow into a versatile team member capable of contributing to a wide range of technical projects.
