Sinclair recognizes the importance of attracting and retaining qualified employees with a strong work ethic, who are smart and talented. We know that the best sources for finding employees are the people already here – YOU! With over 8,000 employees and counting, our current employees are a great sources of pride for our organization. Who better to identify and recommend candidates whose skills and attributes align with our Company than current employees who support our goal of being the employer of choice?

We don’t just want to hire people who are great at what they do – we want to hire people who are great to work with. We will make it worth your while to refer your friends, acquaintances, former colleagues, or anyone else who you think would be a great addition to the Sinclair family.  If you are aware of any individuals who would contribute to the growth and success of the Company, who are not already employed with us, please refer them to the Company. You will be given a monetary award for referred hires.  

All full-time and part-time employees are eligible for referral bonuses. 

Candidates are eligible to be referred to us provided they:

  • Are not currently employed by Sinclair in any capacity, including all of the Company’s stations, subsidiaries, temporary workers or interns;

  • Are not a previous employee of Sinclair, stations or subsidiaries

  • Have not been referred by someone else within the last year; or

  • Have not previously applied for a position at Sinclair within the last year

Please note: Regional/ Group Managers, GM’s and HR employees are not eligible for recruiting bonuses if the referral is hired in any of the stations you cover. Managers and Supervisors are not eligible for referral awards when referring a candidate into their own departments.
